Happy 2013!
Our first "Jewel of the Month" for 2013 is this beautiful Kramer necklace and earring set.
Like so many jewelers, Louis Kramer is thought to have designed some pieces as well as having several made for the company by others. It has recently been confirmed that DeLizza and Elster, the makers of the popular "Juliana" line produced some jewels for them.
Given that many produced their pieces, it follows that you can find pieces signed Kramer in many styles and degrees of quality. The higher end pieces such as this set and the pieces signed Christian Dior by Kramer command the highest prices!

The metal is silver- tone with a smooth high- end finish. Large glass ovals are seperated by blue rhinestone floral sections. The rhinestones have rich coloration and tremendious sparkle. The earrings are the clip- on type.
