In an effort to make our website and our online vintage jewelry store more and more useful for all collectors and lovers of vintage costume jewelry, we at Amazing Adornments are always looking for ways to update!
To that end we have begun to create a Costume Jewelry Designer History/Bio Page and a Jewelry Glossary.
The designer page will include dates of operation, methods of jewelry construction each designer is known for as well as hallmarks, examples of their work and hallmarks.
The jewelry glossary is sort of self explanatory! It is a comprehensive listing of jewelry terms. Once it is complete we would love to know if we missed anything. You can respond to this post or email us at: webmaster@amazingadornments.com. We will add images as examples where we can and in the future links as examples.
Both are works in progress; however we invite you to take a look. We will update these pages as quickly as we can so please keep checking up on our progress! And remember…we are open to suggestions, so don’t be shy!!!!
