New Vintage Jewelry Finds: Trifari, Eugene, Tara and Grosse

Amazing Adornments New Finds

We have several new finds this week as we missed posting the first two weeks of the month. Below are just a few of the new pretties we picked up.

First up we have this wonderful Trifari clip from 1939. It is called Peter and can be seen in several costume jewelry books including American Costume Jewelry by Carla and Roberto Brunialti.
Peter is a delight in his red jumpsuit with voluminous pavé set rhinestone sleeves. Love the green baguettes! Some of his enamel has worn away in a few spots, however this is still a wonderful patented find. The patent was issued to Alfred Philippe.

This next piece is signed Eugene. It is a double strand crystal and Russian gold plated bracelet with a gorgeous dangling fob. The fob is set with rhinestones that match those of the "chain".

This fabulous and colorful set is signed Tara. We believe this set was manufactured by DeLizza and Elster. D&E manufactured several pieces for this company and this demi has several known D&E characteristics.

Finally, here is a signed Grossé foliate brooch in gold- tone metal. This is by the German company that designed for Christian Dior and Schiaparelli.
